Orders can be placed online, via telephone, email, or post
Online
Eurocharts has a fully integrated e-commerce system. Each item possess an “Add” or “Add to Basket” button; along with options to modify the quantity required and the size and/or colour where appropriate
When all purchases have been selected, the basket can be reviewed and the checkout procedure initiated by clicking the “Basket” button located at the top right hand side of all pages
When reviewing the basket, item quantities may be altered or be completely removed (the “Update Basket” button may be required). A carriage charge will automatically be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your complete order
All delivery information is collected on a SSL secured page and all payments are handled on the secure PaymentSense server
Once completed, an automatic confirmation email will be generated. A paid Invoice will be generated after the goods have been dispatched/received

Please contact the Eurocharts Sales Desk (+44 (0)1253 790069) with your requirements and/or queries. A confirmation email and Proforma Invoice will then be generated confirming the order details and delivery information
The order will then be processed upon receipt of payment

Credit / Debit Cards
All major credit and debit cards are accepted online (through PaymentSense) or over the telephone
Bank Transfer
Eurocharts accepts all forms of bank transfer

To ensure your order is processed efficiently, we kindly ask for a remittance advice to be sent (Sales@Eurocharts.co.uk) to prevent delays
Cheque
Eurocharts accept payment by Cheque. All Cheques should be made payable to Eurocharts and sent to:

Delivery Fees
All orders are subject to delivery fees. The fees charged are dependent upon the product range and the quantity ordered. All delivery fees are continually monitored to ensure the lowest fee possible

Method of Delivery
All UK mainland deliveries are shipped on a 2-3 day UPS or DHL service or via recorded post (dependant on size). A signature will be required upon delivery for all orders
International Orders
Eurocharts frequently process international orders through our main office
International order cannot be placed online and must be processed through the Sales Office
All shipments are Ex-Works or charged at cost.
Lead time is dependent upon the product(s) and quantity ordered
Stock Items
Stock items have an approximate lead time of 3-5 working days
Bespoke Items
Bespoke items have an approximate lead time of 10-21 working days dependent upon production schedule
All first orders are processed via pro-forma invoice. Subsequent orders may only be purchased on credit upon the completion and authorisation of a Eurocharts credit account application form

Basic Credit Account Terms
- Payment is strictly 30 days net
- Late payment will result in suspension of the credit account
- First credit orders are subject to a £1000.00 credit limit
Eurocharts do not operate a sale or returns policy unless agreed by prior arrangement; each return is determined on a case by case basis (this does not affect your statutory rights)
To be accepted back for credit, the goods must be unopened and in a re-saleable condition and will be subject to a 20% handling charge. All return costs are the customers responsibility
If the goods are deemed non resalable or returned without prior arrangement no credit will be issued. The goods must then be collected at the customers expense

Eurocharts frequently process and welcome all international enquiries
All transactions are processed in Pound Sterling (GBP)
All prices are exclusive of any taxes that may be applicable in the receiver county
All shipments are Ex-Works or charged at cost
International orders cannot be processed via the websites e-commerce system but our Sales Team are happy to process and assist with your orders via telephone and email
